Enrol to Online Facilities
Before you can use our Online Services you'll need to subscribe here by entering the required details. You will only be accepted if you supply us with correct details and you are a member of our surgery.
Repeat Prescriptions
Apply for your repeat prescription online to save time and effort. Please note you can only order items appearing on your prescription counterfoil. Any additional items to be ordered by letter, by fax (01942 813431 for Westhoughton or 01204 695733 for Blackrod) or at the counter.
Change your details
Please use this section to change the details we have on record for you. If you have moved house or changed your name you'll have to let us know here so that you can continue to use these facilities.
