This section lists our Online facilities. Please note that you must first subscribe below to use these online facilites and that they may be accessed by fully registered patients only.

Enrol to Online Facilities

Before you can use our Online Services you'll need to subscribe here by entering the required details. You will only be accepted if you supply us with correct details and you are a registered patient at our surgery. You'll receive an email back from us confirming your username and password - please keep these somewhere safe and remember them.

Repeat Prescriptions

Order your repeat prescription on-line to save you time. If you would like your prescription to be collected by a local Pharmacy, in the box where you list your prescription request, click to add another line as if you are adding another item and type in the name of the Pharmacy. You may also use this facility if you wish to collect your prescription from Highfield Surgery. You will first need to contact the Pharmacy to inform them that you wish to sign up to their collection service. Please note that not all Pharmacies offer this service, the ones we are aware of are:

Manor Pharmacy
Asda Pharmacy
Boots Pharmacy
Lloyds Pharmacy
 
Prescriptions that are not due to be ordered may be refused and you may also be asked to see the doctor. Please only order what you need as unused prescription medicines cost the NHS a considerable amount of money each year.
 
Please note that prescriptions for children under the age of 16 should be ordered and collected by a parent/guardian.

Change your details

Please use this section to change the details we have on record for you. If you have moved house, changed your name or telephone number you'll have to let us know here so that you can continue to use these facilities.
