Our surgery provides an extensive range of services. We are fortunate to have our own GPs and Nurses with special interests and expertise and community and hospital staff with specialist knowledge to offer services.

* Baby clinic - 8 week check & vaccines (Mon. 1.30 - 4.00pm)
* Family planning (Wed 4pm - 5.50pm)(There will be no Family Planning on Wednesday 30th June as the Surgery is closed. If your Depo is due, please come the week before or after this date).
* Coil & implanon fittings
* HRT implants
* Joint injections
* Minor surgery
* Smear tests
* Smoking cessation
* Holiday vaccinations (for Hepatitis A, Typhoid and Tetanus only). NON-NHS WORK
 
Some services fall outside the NHS contract, and there is a charge made for these. They include insurance forms, DVLA forms, holiday cancellations, exemptions at schools, employers reports etc. There will be approximately a 14 to 28 day wait for these. Doctors are not obliged to meet all requests for NHS letters/forms and we do not provide housing letters, court appearance exclusions and passports.

MIDWIVES

The Midwives are based at the Royal Bolton Hospital and run clinics for our patients from Lord Street, Kearley. Contact no: 01204 390390

TREATMENT ROOM PROCEDURES

Clinics are held at Farnworth Health Centre (Frederick St) where there are nurses available to perform procedures such as ear syringing, dressings and removal of stitches. Contact no: 01204 463600
