ENROL TO ONLINE FACILITIES

BEFORE YOU CAN USE OUR ON-LINE SERVICES you will need to enrol here by entering the required details. You will only be accepted if you supply us with the correct details and if you are a member of our surgery.
 
Please enrol each member of your family who has repeat prescriptions separately under their individual name to avoid confusion.
 
Please note that your enrolment must be accepted by the practice BEFORE you can use the on-line services, this will generally take between 24 and 48 hours

A suggestions box is installed in reception for suggestions or comments that patients may wish to make about the service that we provide. As above, this does not form part of our official Complaints Procedure.
