Appointments
The practice operates an appointment
System both for your convenience and to aid the doctors. For non-urgent appointments please give as much notice as possible. The practice operates a morning emergency surgery every weekday for those medical problems that cannot wait until the next available routine appointment. To help minimise waiting, patients are requested to telephone the surgery from 8.15am weekdays for emergency appointments to see the duty doctor, or for visits.
If you require a chaperone at your appointment please inform Reception when you attend.
Visits
Should a home visit be required, please telephone the surgery before 10.30am, giving the receptionist as much information as possible. Requests for home visits should be restricted to the elderly, housebound or those too ill to travel to the surgery.
