Any information held about you at the practice will not be given to anyone unless it is needed for your treatment and care or you have given written permission.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
The practice endeavours to offer the best possible service to our patients. However there may be occasions when you feel that this has not happened. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services contact Mrs Dawson (the practice manager) who will be pleased to listen to your complaint via the practice "in-house" complaints procedure
