REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Please order your repeat prescriptions by placing your order form in our post box opposite the Reception window. If you prefer you may order by post and either have your prescription returned to you by providing a stamped addressed envelope or collecting it yourself. You can also order it on line by registering with our on line services. We regret we cannot take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone except for the infirm or housebound patients as we cannot cope with the volume of requests. We also need to keep our phone lines clear to deal with emergencies and people requiring urgent appointments.
To assist your planning when you order a prescription, please remember to allow at least one week if you are ordering and returning your prescription by post. We cannot guarantee prescriptions in less than this time, however, we will return them as soon as possible. Please also remember to take into account Saturday and Sunday (and Bank Holidays where relevant) when ordering as we do not process prescriptions on these days.
For prescriptions ordered in person, please use the following timetable.

You may be asked whether you can attend the Landmark House to be seen by the doctor there.
