Reception and Administrative Staff Kath Lees is our Practice Manager. Her overall responsibility is the smooth day to day running of the Practice for Doctors, staff and patients. If you have any suggestions or matters regarding the service we offer she will be happy to speak to you. However, should you unfortunately have a problem or complaint she will also be the person to speak to. (Please see separate page "Complaints") Our Receptionists are our "front line" staff whose aim is to help you at all times and give any assistance they can. It is a difficult and much misunderstood role! If they ask you any questions, please be prepared to help them as much as you can as this will ultimately mean you receive the best help we can give. They know the working of the Surgery, the availability of doctors and clinics as well as a whole range of other services we can offer. Please help them to help you! Our staff are all highly trained individuals with various roles and responsibilities.
However, their main aim is to help you and help the doctors provide you with an excellent service.
