If you have been requested by the doctor to have a blood test performed, please phone the surgery on 01204 463777 to make an appointment. We can provide most, but not all, of the immunisations required by patients. With increasing numbers of people travelling abroad, we strongly recommend that you seek advice regarding vaccinations. This can be done by filling out a Travel Questionnaire, which can be obtained from reception. The details of the questionnaire will be assessed by our Practice Nurse who will recommend which vaccinations you require.
