• Tina has worked here at the practice since 1989.
    
• Tina has specialist qualifications in managing a wide range of illnesses.
    
• She is available for telephone advice and non-urgent appointments. She is able to assess your problem, examine you, organise any tests that may be required and decide, with you, a course of treatment.
    
• Tina works in partnership with the doctors, the hospital and other health specialists.

Health Visitor

• The Health Visitors work in the community and are notified of the birth of all babies. They will then visit patients at home and offer advice on all aspects concerning immunisation and the development of children from birth to 5 years of age. Contact may be continued through further visiting at home and at Tonge Fold Health Centre. 
• The Health Visitors may be contacted at Tonge Children's Centre, Starkie Road, Bolton, BL2 2ED on 336745 or at Breightmet Health Centre on 463366. 

District Nurses - Anne Yates (Manager)

• District Nurses provide nursing treatment and advice to the housebound and those recently discharged from the hospital.
