OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU AS A PATIENT

Patients are expected to have respect for race, gender and disability of all whom they come into contact with, within the practice, including other patients.
 
As a practice we will not tolerate any abusive or violent behaviour of any type. Violent behaviour will result in the patient being removed from the practice list, with immediate effect. Other types of inappropriate behaviour will result in a warning initially, and if repeated, the patient will be removed from the practice list.

	AS A PRACTICE WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING OUR PATIENTS WITH A QUALITY SERVICE AND HOPE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR TEAM WILL BE A LONG AND HAPPY ONE!!

PARKING

We have our own car park for patients to use whilst visiting the medical centre. Use of the car park will be at patients own risk.

	PLEASE DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR IN THE DOCTORS CAR PARKING SPACE

FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED

As we are practicing from purpose built premises, our facilities for the disabled include:- ramps, handrails, disabled toilet and washing facilities and a fully equiped lift, as we are siutated on the first floor.
 
If you have a hearing or visual difficulty or need help for any other medical disability, please tell the receptionist.
