ARE YOU OVER 40 YEARS OLD?
As you may be aware, the Bolton Primary Care Trust is currently offering health checks to everybody over 40 years old, in order to identify people who may be at risk of Heart Disease and/or High Blood Pressure, as well as addressing other life style issues.
The health check will include checking your blood pressure, working out your BMI(Body Mass Index) and cholesterol testing.
If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please telephone the Surgery to make an appointment with one of our nurses.
Patients already diagnosed with Diabetes, Heart Disease or who have suffered a Stroke and are regularly monitored, will have had these tests at their Annual Review.
